Hi, my name is Erica, and I want to share my journey with you. In August 2021, I received the life-altering news that I had breast cancer. It was one of the hardest challenges I’ve ever faced. During this difficult time, I often found myself wondering where to turn for support. There were moments when family and friends couldn’t be there, which added to my sense of isolation.

That’s when I discovered Ball Nation Rock Against Cancer. Their unwavering support became my lifeline. They organized monthly group sessions, and we held prayer calls every Wednesday. They even provided rides to my chemo and radiation appointments, and they brought food to my family during our times of need.

What truly touched my heart were the fashion shows they hosted for warriors, survivors, and thrivers. These events helped remind us of our beauty and strength during a very challenging period.

When I was in the hospital, Ball Nation made sure I felt cared for. They sent uplifting messages, flowers, prayers, and hugs. Their kindness made a world of difference, and I am proud to say that they are not just an organization; they have become my family.

Now, four years later, they are still here for me, and I cherish my connection with them. Thank you, Ball Nation Rock Against Cancer, for being my savior and my support system during such a challenging time.
